Return & Exchange Policy

What can be exchanged?

You can exchange 1 (one) time on following Items:

Tools & Accessories

Bohyme Hair:

- Bulk Hair

- Pre-tipped hair

- Hand Tied hair

- Regular wefted hair

You can make 1 (one) exchange only on same texture hair of equal or greater value. For instance; you can Exchange Hair from one color to another or from one texture to another.

You can make 1 (one) exchange only on same type Tool & accessory of equal or greater value. For instance; you can Exchange an Applicator Tool to another type of Applicator Tool of equal use.

The hair, Tools, and the accessories have to be in its original unused condition and in the original unopened package with all tags intact.

Returns must be unused, unaltered, and in the original package.

We only accept exchanges with a Return Approval number. To get a RA-number you will have to contact us at:

The package you are returning must have a copy of the original Invoice plus a filled out Exchange form.

Returns with our exchange form filled out completely including the RA-number must be shipped; freight prepaid by you, within seven (7) days from the day you received the package from us.

All merchandise that does not meet the above criteria will be refused or if possible returned to costumer at costumerís own expense.

What can not be exchanged?

The different brands of hair and accessories we sell come from different companies. We follow their return policy which is described below.

Manufacturerís Defect

Please contact us immediately if finding a manufacturerís defect. We will replace the item for another similar item.

It will be shipped to you using Standard Shipping all at our cost.

Lost Shipment

If a shipment is lost in transit, after having traced the shipment, we will replace the merchandise. It will be shipped to you using Standard Shipping all at our cost.

Shipment of customized Items

Note! We cannot offer overnight shipment on the following customized Items due to preparation time;

- Hair Integrations

- Top Pieces

These Items will take about 10 days from the time you make your order till we have it produced and ready for shipping. If you want to know the exact time, call, fax or email us. Note: include your contact information!

If your order includes one or more of the above Items it will be shipped when the entire order is ready.

If other Items have limitations on Shipment you will be notified placing your order.

Ordering & Cancellation

Once you have placed an order either by sending us your Money Order, Cashierís Check or by using our Automated Credit Card System, it can not be cancelled.

Back Order Delays

You will be notified in case of back order delays and given the option of selecting other merchandise or canceling the specific back ordered Items. If there is merchandise in your order that is on stock that part will be shipped the way you required when placing your order and the back order items shipped when filled.

When you decide to buy something through our website you go to the page with the specific item and then click on the shopping cart, decide amount, color etc. Then go to the next item you want to buy and do the same. When done shopping click on the ìproceed to checkoutî button and provide the information that is requested.

Your package will be shipped same day if the order is received by us before 2 pm Central Time Monday through Friday.

Shipping Policies:

We use DHL for Domestic Shipping. Please refer to the tables below for Orders within the USA, Alaska and Hawaii.

DHL Ground

Delivery is in 1ñ5 business days in Continental US. Alaska and Hawaii delivery is in 3ñ7 business days.

Delivery by 4:30 pm in 2 business days to most areas (by 7:00 pm to residences).

DHL Overnight

Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 am to most US addresses; by noon or 1:30 pm on Saturdays (by noon, 4:30 pm, or 5:00 pm in remote areas).

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for International Shipping. Please refer to the table below for Outside the USA Alaska and Hawaii.

Tracking Number ñ will be emailed to the address that we have on file.
