Return & Exchange Policy

What can be exchanged?

Having World Hair System as your supplier should make your purchases easy and fun. The World Hair System team is known for outstanding customer service as we go above and beyond customers’ expectations. The quality of our products also makes for a great experience, and we are proud of what we provide!

To avoid mistakes: Verify that your order is correct before you finalize and pay for it online. Check your email for a confirmation, after you place an order. Make sure everything is correct. Otherwise contact us immediately!

When receiving a package:                                                                                            

If you ordered hair then before you open the package check that what you ordered is what you wanted i.e. the weft, texture, length, and color. If you ordered Tools & Accessories check that you received what you wanted. Otherwise contact us immediately!

If you need to do an exchange: This process involves some extra work from both you and us. Be patient and allow us a few days to process an exchange.

When we receive your exchange, it should be in a condition that makes it resalable. Therefore, make sure the condition of what you intend to exchange is in the same condition as when you first received your order. The packaging, the product, and all tags have to remain intact and unaltered. While we appreciate any assurance that the products have not been used, the products that we carry are hygienic goods and can only be accepted back if these guidelines are kept.

Exchange guidelines:

The following items can be exchanged only 1 time

Tools & Accessories


- Bulk Hair

- Pre-tipped Hair

- Hand Tied Hair

- Skin weft Hair

- Regular Machine Weft Hair

- non-hand made clip in extensions

- Wigs

You can exchange Hair, Tools, and accessories for another product of equal or greater value only one time.

The Hair, Tools, or Accessories have to be in their original unused and unaltered condition and in the original unopened package with all tags intact.

We only accept exchanges with a return approval number. To get a RA number you will have to contact us at:

The package you are returning must have a copy of the original Invoice and a filled out exchange form.

Returns with our exchange form filled out completely including the RA-number, must be received by us freight prepaid by you, within seven (7) days from the day you received your package.

All merchandise that does not meet the above criteria will be refused or if possible returned to costumer at costumer’s own expense.

What cannot be exchanged?

Our Hair and accessories come from different companies, we follow their return policies:

All Sales are final on the following Brands and hand made products. No exchanges. No Returns.

Manufacturer‘s Defect

Please contact us immediately if finding a manufacturers defect. Basically follow the Return Policy above. When we receive the product and if we find that it has a defect, we will replace the item for another similar item.

Lost Shipment

If a shipment with a signature required is lost in transit, after having traced the shipment, we will replace the merchandise. It will be shipped to you using Ground Shipping all at our cost.

Shipment of customized Items

Note! With all variations of our Clip On Hair Extensions it can take up to 10 business days from the time you make your order till we have it produced and ready to ship. Whichever shipping you ordered will be honored on the day the product is finished. If you want to know the exact time, call, fax or email us. Please note to include your contact information and your Invoice number!

If your order includes other pre-made products these will be shipped when the entire order is ready.

If other Items have limitations on Shipment you will be notified after we have received your order.

Ordering & Cancellation

Once you have placed an order either by using our Automated Credit Card System or sending us your Money Order or Cashiers Check, you can call us to change your order for an equal or higher amount, but unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.

Back Order Delays

You will be notified in case of back order or delays and given the option of selecting other merchandise or canceling the specific back ordered Item. If there is merchandise in your order that is in stock then that part will be shipped the way you originally placed your order. The back order items will be shipped when filled. We will do our best to contact you, in regards to the information that you have provided us. If we do not hear back from you, before the shipping deadline then your order will be shipped with the suggested replacements.

Ordering Policies

To make it as convenient for you as possible we have several options you can choose between and remember our Costumer Service is only a call or e-mail away to help you out: 1- 312 213 4900 or email:


When you decide to buy something through our website you go to the page with the specific item that you want to purchase. Decide on weft, length, texture, color, amount, etc. Then click on ‘add this to my cart’. Go to the next item you want to buy and do the same. When done shopping click on ‘Shopping Cart’ then the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button and provide the information that is requested.

Your package will be shipped same day if, the order is received by us before 1:30pm Central Time Monday through Friday.

We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. We are very knowledgeable about our products, since at our hair institute we are “hands on” and use these products on our clients every day.

Your package will be shipped same day if, the order is received by us before 1:30pm Central Time Monday through Friday. If what you ordered is on back order you will be contacted per phone or by the email you have provided.

Please note, that if you are a Salon owner or Stylist and do receive a discount from us, calling in your order will revoke your discount.


Shipping Policies

We use FedEx for Domestic Shipping. Please refer to the tables below for Orders within the USA. If you have provided an email address when signing up, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided to us with your order.

Delivery is in 1 to 5 business days in Continental US. For Alaska and Hawaii delivery is in 3 to 7 business days.
